Recipe: Best Chicken Curry

This is a one pot creation -- besides the rice, but that's an easy clean-up. My husband loves spaghetti, but I typically use 3-4 pots/pans, and though he boast on my cooking skills, he wouldn't say the same of my cleaning skills... whoops.
