Mykonos Island was one of the most charming islands we visited during our seven days of island hopping in Greece. From beautiful alleys to restaurants over looking the ocean and the iconic mills, this island was absolutely stunning.
Although spending a few more days would have been ideal, one day was a perfect amount of time to see the main sites on the island and enjoy everything.
The Greek Islands were everything I dreamed they would be and more. The atmosphere and landscape was picturesque, the people were extremely kind, and the food was to die for. I went in hoping it would be a trip of a lifetime and it really was. Sailing allowed us to see so much more of the islands than we would have otherwise and gave us a whole new perspective.
"The visionary brainchild of art patron Dakis Joannou and famed industrial designer Karim Rashid. Given free rein to create a total experience, Karim used his signature curvaceous forms and lollipop colours to offer a young, enthusiastic and seductive alternative to more traditional conceptions of hospitality."
Paros Palace set the bar high (like really, really high) for the rest of our trip in Greece. Just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from the Paros Port, Paros Palace sits on the side of a hill overlooking the ocean and the mountains nearby. The views are absolutely breathtaking as you can see in the photos above and that's just one of the many perks of this little oasis overlooking the Aegean Sea.
