Recipe: Lazy Sunday Guacamole

GUAC

Today we had the best weather, "sunny with the high of 75". Warm weather and sunshine called for guacamole and sitting on the deck, so I whipped up one of my favorite recipes and sat on the deck.

Made it simple by using Trader Joe's "Hot Pico de Gallo" from the fresh produce section. However, any fresh pico de gallo (homemade or store bought) would do just fine.

The only thing needed to be chopped was the additional cilantro and garlic cloves!

Mash the avocado separately, then add the remaining ingredients. Once to desired consistency, add salt as needed. Enjoy!
